The workshop will cover:

·         Why pre-qualifying processes are used
·         How the LB of Haringey uses CompeteFor as part of their procurement process
·         The criteria used to select your company for the next stage of tendering and how PQQs are evaluated and scored
·         How your financial information is analysed and how you demonstrate financial soundness
·         How to respond practically to questions relating to health and safety, quality management, equality and diversity, environmental management and business continuity and to understand how these might apply to your business and sector, as well as their importance to LB of Haringey.
·         How to provide written answers on the pre-qualification questionnaire that maximise your chances of being selected for the next stage
·         How to make it easier next time
This workshop provides an opportunity to prepare well in advance of these tenders and to help you understand what gaps you need to address in your organisation in order to succeed.
