The Buyer Engagement Team of London 2012 and CompeteFor would like to advise you of some new enhancements and upgrades to the CompeteFor service which are now live.

These include the following new features:

  • Buyers now have more flexible ways of handling Opportunities in CompeteFor. ‘Notice Only’ Opportunities will enable Buyers to advertise more of their higher-value Opportunities on CompeteFor.

  • Buyers can choose to supplement their Opportunity questionnaire by requesting a ‘Supplier Statement’. This allows Suppliers to better sell themselves and promote their specific capabilities when responding to an Opportunity

  • The Opportunity Search now includes the Opportunity Posted Date in the search results, making it easier to identify recently posted Opportunities

  • Some Opportunities result in more than one contract being awarded. Buyers can now record such multiple contracts when posting award details on CompeteFor
